Designed as a flexible foundation, it brings together user management, security, automation, reporting, communication and integration tools, allowing additional modules to be added and connected as requirements evolve.

User management and authentication

The Core module includes a comprehensive user management system, providing secure authentication and account management features out of the box. Users can securely sign in using traditional authentication methods, with additional security options including two-factor authentication (2FA) and modern passwordless authentication using PassKeys.

User activity is continuously monitored, with authentication events recorded and analysed to identify potentially suspicious behaviour. The system can detect unusual activity patterns and assign users a risk score based on their actions and behaviour within the platform.

These risk scores can then be used to enhance automated processes, influence approval workflows and create more intelligent user journeys, allowing systems to respond dynamically based on user behaviour and trust levels.

Security, auditing and accountability

Security is built into the foundation of every Blue Delta application. Comprehensive security logs record important activity throughout the system, providing visibility into user actions, authentication events and potential security concerns.

All entities within the system are fully tracked, with a detailed history log recording changes made to database records.
